Cancellation policy pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
The Italian consumer protection code does not include a right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
- Up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30% of the agreed cancellation fee (deposit) will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, non-occupancy of the unit booked for the agreed period without cancellation, or early departure, we will charge 60% of the total agreed price.
Cancellation insurance
In order to be protected in case of need, we recommend that you take out Gallo Rosso travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking. This way, any cancellation fees will be covered and you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind. All information about the travel cancellation policy can be found here
