Info about the journey with …

Come off the A22 Brenner motorway at the Bolzano Sud exit, and then follow the Merano-Bolzano (MeBo) highway towards Merano, leaving it at the Terlano/Meltina exit. About 200 m after the roundabout, turn right for Meltina and continue along that road. After the town of Meltina, stay on the main road towards Verano; in about 2 km, you’ll reach the village of Salonetto. 50 m after entering the village, take a left turn. This will take you straight to the Moarhof.

By train – Simple and comfortable

From Bolzano Central Station, take a train for Merano and get off at Terlano. We’ll be happy to pick you up from the station if you ask us in advance. Alternatively, take bus no. 204 (Bolzano-Terlano-Avelengo) and get off at Salonetto (more details below).

By bus – A scenic tour

From Bolzano Central Station, take bus no. 204 (Bolzano-Terlano-Avelengo), and get off at the Salonetto stop. From the bus stop, walk across the street and turn left. Follow the pavement from there to the town square, then take a turning to the left. At the next junction, turn left one last time to get to the Moarhof. It’s about a 5-minute walk, but we can also pick you up from the bus stop and take you back there on your day of departure.

By cable car – The “very direct” route

From Bolzano Central Station, take bus no. 201 (Bolzano-Merano) to the Vilpiano-Funivia stop. Then take the cable car. When you get to the upper station, turn left and walk up a steep lane. Follow the main road and turn right at Garni Reider. After a slight climb, you’ll get to the Moarhof.
